I am a Nutritionist who loves to create desserts out of healthy ingredients. Making desserts with good fats and high amounts of protein makes them filling and a great way to help stabilize blood sugar levels. I worked in London as a cook then travelled, always inspired by food. My recipes don't contain any dairy, gluten or added sugar.
A selection of sugar, dairy and gluten free cakes, slices and cheesecakes. Some are raw and vegan others are paleo. All are healthy enough to have for breakfast.
