The neologism “Intelligent Computing” encompasses the theory, design, application and development of nature-inspired computational paradigms, emphasizing neural networks, connectionist systems, genetic algorithms, evolutionary programming, fuzzy systems, metaheuristic algorithms and hybrid intelligent systems in which these paradigms are contained.
